Manufacturer’s Declaration
The warming system is suitable for prescription use only in the specified elec-
tromagnetic environments. Use the warming system in accordance with the
electromagnetic environments described in the following sections.

Electromagnetic Emissions
Caution:
The warming system is not intended for use in residential environments and
may not provide adequate protection to radio communication services in such
environments.

The warming system is intended for use in the electromagnetic environment specified below. The cus-
tomer or the user of the warming system should assure that it is used in such an environment.

intended to be used in a residential environment. If
used in a domestic environment, this equipment may
not offer adequate protection to radio-frequency

enting the equipment.
