COMMISSIONING,
FUNCTIONAL

When
the
work
described
in
the
chapter
"Installation"
has
been
completed,
the
device
is
ready
for
first
commissioning.
Commissioning
must
be
done
by
the
system's
contractor
or
by
an
assigned
expert.
8.1
Commissioning
and
functional
test
Only
the
COSMO
CPH
2.0
has
an
automatic
venting
function:
Pressing
the
"Mode"
button
for
3
seconds
activates
the
function
for
1
minute
at
max.
speed,
after
which
the
pump
returns
to
the
adjusted
operating
mode.
All
switch
‐
on
operations
must
be
done
with
the
cover
of
the
CPH
2.0
control
panel
closed.
The
system
may
not
be
switched
on
before
all
electrical
and
hydraulic
connections
have
been
made.
Do
not
start
the
circulation
pump
without
water
in
the
system.
When
all
the
electrical
and
hydraulic
connections
have
been
made,
the
system
must
be
filled
with
water
that
might
contain
glycol
(max.
proportion
of
glycol:
30%),
and
then
switch
the
system
on.
The
medium
in
the
plant
can
be
very
hot
and
under
high
pressure,
and
could
escape
as
steam.
