Step 4 

1. Put the Cushion (47), Slider  (55), Weight block(10kg)  (70), Weight block(5kg) (48), and Guide 

block (49) on the weight frame (8) in sequence. 

2. Fix the Slider (55) on the Weight frame (8) with E snap ring (56). 

3. With the sequence from small to big, from up to down, stick the weight notes on the Weight 

block(5kg) (48) and Weight block(10kg) (70). 

4. Lock the fourth upper Weight block (5kg) (48) to the Pull rod (52) with Hexagon socket head 

screw (58) and Nylon nut (59). 

5. Insert the Magnetic cross pin (50) into the Weight block, then put the wire of the magnetic cross 

pin (50) into the screw stem of U-shaped slider(9), finally tighten the slider (9) on the Pull rod
