Battery type and function data
1.1
Battery type: Ni-Cd, Ni-Mh, Pb, Li-Ion, Li-Po.
1.2
Battery cell number: Ni-Cd / Ni-Mh 1-14 cells; Pb 12volt; Li-Ion / Li-Po 1-5 cells.

Function: charge, discharge and cycle.
1.4
Charge current: 100mA-4000mA, change increment rate 20mA.
1.5
Discharge current: 100mA-1000mA, change increment rate 10mA.
1.6
Cycling times: 1-100 cycles optional.

: Press the button to scroll through the functions. The selection will flash.
Check each function carefully and be sure it is correctly selected for the battery type you are
charging.

: Pressing this button will decrease the flashing values.

C > D shows cycle sequence starts with charge and ends with discharge.

D > C shows cycle sequence starts with discharge and ends with charge.

: Press the button to finish changing the value or to start or stop
charging or discharging.
3. Charge
3.1
Holding

button pressed in for about 1.5 seconds, the buzzer makes a
short sound, the charger starts to check the battery connection.
3.2
If the battery connection is correct the charge will turn to charging state, otherwise it will
show the error messages it found:

NO BATTERY CONN. OR BATT. REVERSE

BATTERY OVER VOLTAGE

3.3
For a battery which has been unused for some time and with low voltage or voltage which
cannot be reached after 3 minutes, the charger will show the message

BATTERY
DAMAGE
"
. If the battery voltage can not reach the basic voltage, the charger will try to
restore it by charging with a very weak current (but not lower than 100mA) in 3 minutes.
3.4
During the charging, the LCD screen will display the current (+ for charge and – for
discharge), time, voltage and the finished capacity.
3.5
When the charging ends, the buzzer will make short sounds and the displayer will show the
message

Note: when charging, you can not select the battery type and function data.
4. Messages
4.1
When the charger is in free state, press the

, the display will show the
message of current connecting input power voltage and battery voltage etc.
