These are opto-isolated SSR (Solid-State  Relay) outputs, 30 Vdc max. The +/- terminals of each output is 

accessible, allowing them to act as current sourcing or current sinking devices. There is a Zener clamping 

diode across each output that acts as a flyback diode when driving resistive-inductive (R-L) loads.
