The fridge freezer should be placed on a flat, level and solid surface.

If the fridge freezer is placed on a plinth it must be flat, able to support the weight of the fridge freezer and
be fire resistant.

Position the appliance away from direct heat sources or direct sunlight.

Allow adequate clearance around the appliance for adequate ventilation. See Figure 6 for housing unit
dimensions.

Never install the appliance in a room where the ambient temperature reaches below zero degrees. This will
affect the operation of the fridge freezer.
