Scotch Eggs
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lb. bulk sausage pork or turkey
½ salt
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon all-‐purpose flour
½ cup panko bread crumbs
Oil for spritzing
InstrucBons
1. Place eggs in a sauce pan, place enough cold water in the sauce pan to cover
eggs by 1 inch.
2. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Once the eggs come to a boil, let them rest 2 minutes, then run them under
cold water.
4. Divide the sausage into 4 even pajes and season each with salt.
5. Peel the eggs then roll them in the flour to coat, place on sausage pa@y and
shape sausage around egg.
6. Roll the egg in the panko to coat completely then spritz with oil.
7. Place the eggs in the air fryer.
8. Set the .mer for 10 minutes’ temperature to 400.
