Preparing the appliance for use
Danger:
Do not, under any circumstance, put into operation
damaged appliances or appliances without a cover.
1.
Switch on the combi steamer and start a cooking pro-
gram.
Result:
The hood is in standby mode with a low fan extraction
rate (factory preset).
2.
Open the appliance door.
Result:
The hood runs with the maximum fan extraction rate while
the appliance door is open in order to condense and
extract the steam.
20 seconds (factory preset) after the appliance door is
closed, the hood switches back to standby mode.
3.
Select a cooking program that uses moisture removal
(Crisp&Tasty).
Result:
The hood runs with the maximum fan extraction rate as
soon as Crisp&Tasty starts.
20 seconds (factory preset) after deactivating
Crisp&Tasty, the hood switches back to standby mode.
4.
The cooking program has finished completely.
Result:
10 seconds before the cooking time ends, the hood runs
at full fan extraction rate.
5.
After using the combi steamer, the hood switches off
automatically (factory preset).
6.
The hood is now ready for use.
Notice
The factory presets can only be changed in the Service level of the combi steamer. Please refer to the
Service manual for the combi steamer.
