OPER MODE
The operation mode allows an instrument to be configured for heating
and/or cooling applications.
•
HEAT - Heating mode only calculates energy while feed
temperature is higher than return temperature.
•
COOL - Cooling mode only calculates energy while feed
temperature is lower than return temperature.
•
BOTH - Continues to calculate energy regardless of whether the
differential temperature is positive or negative.
Select the operation mode as required.
Press or to select one of the options.
METER LOC
Enter the flowmeter location as being in either the feed or return line.
Press or to select FEED or RETURN.
PRESS
unit This parameter is available for viewing and editing only when the fluid
type is set to DEFAULT (water).
Enter the system absolute pressure used to provide greater accuracy of
calculations for high pressure applications.
TEMP-F CORR
The feed temperature correction can be used for fine-tuning of
measurement. This parameter is added to the feed temperature and is
mainly used in cooling systems with RTD temperature sensors.
METER TYPE
Enter the type of differential pressure flowmeter from the available list,
including those in accordance with ISO 5167.
