Please note that the fog machines are calibrated for water.
With thicker, foaming or oily agents
the medium flow rate changes. The set is calibrated on each other at the factory. Therefore, the indi-
vidual components
cannot
be replaced by identical units.
Note:
The fogging time should always be selected according to the quantity to be fogged. Follow the stan-
dard values table in section 3.2.

Compressed air supply
Cross sections for compressed air lines
Note:
When using cold fogging technology, please note that compressed air generators should under no
circumstances suck air from rooms into which agents are fogged.
To protect the compressed air generator, it is essential that it is installed in a frost-free room (not fog-
ged) and protected from moisture. Fog sucked in by the compressor will very quickly contaminate the
filters. Normally the filter must then be disposed of as hazardous waste. There is also the risk that the
compressor will suffer mechanical and optical damage in the form of corrosion if it is exposed to fog.
The above recommendations serve to ensure the long-term reliable operation of your air compressor
and contribute to maintaining the value of the unit.
In order to ensure the required pressure on the unit,
the compressed air hose plays an important role in
addition to the compressor performance.
The longer the hose, the larger the hose diameter
should be used in order to keep the pressure losses
resulting from the hose length as low as possible.
