Software RAID setup

User’s Manual

Create RAID drive (Mirroring)

You can create a mirroring RAID drive from Rapid storage technology.

Select “Create Volume” on the Array drive.

Figure 7.9 Create RAID drive (Mirroring)

When the RAID drive is made by the total content of HDD 2 piece connected, “Make” item is not
displayed. RAID drives which can created are up two drives in total.

Check “Real-time data protection (RAID1)” and select “Next”.
