Installation requirements
In order to enjoy reliable use of the VPC-1600 series, maintain the following conditions.

Note that even if the ambient temperature is within the usage range, if devices that generate high
temperatures are near the main unit, it may become hot due to the effect of the radiated heat and
may consequently exhibit poor operation.
Space between the main unit and its surroundings
The main unit of the VPC-1600 series is equipped with air vents and fans for regulating temperature.
In order to secure room around the air vents and to facilitate the connecting of cables, install the main
unit with a space of 100 mm or more between the front and rear surfaces of the main unit and other
items such as the surrounding devices and walls. Install the product in a location in which air can
circulate.
