5.6 Trouble Shooting
SYMPTOM REMEDY
The machine won’t start

Check whether the power switch is turned on.

Check the control circuit fuse.

Check if the transformer secondary coil has 24V
output.

Check the safety stop switch.

Check the relay

Check the speed control switch.
The power indicator does not
light up.

Check the key switch.

Check the control circuit fuse.

Check if the transformer secondary coil has 24V
output.

Check indicator.
The fan does not work.

Check the control circuit fuse.

Check if the transformer secondary coil has 24V
output.

Check the safety stop switch.

Check the relay.
