vapore ed i provvedimenti da adottare.

5 – TROUBLE SHOOTING
Listed below are some possible causes for trouble during normal working conditions. :

Low thermal efficiency
Tubes internally dirty or externally
encrusted.
Clean tubes internally and externally.
Air is present in the system.
Discharge the air from the system
Leak between head and tubesheet
and/or between tubesheet and shell
Damaged gaskets tubes and/or shell
side.
Replace the tube side and/or shell side
gasket
Pressure of secondary side not
correct
Damaged control devices
Check and replace, if necessary, the
control devices
Broken tubes
Replace completely the “U-Bent” tubes
