PRESSURE SETTING
Change the factory-set pressure of 4 bar:
/
Pull the pressure reducer handwheel upwards by seizing the recessed grips. Thus the anti-rotation
lock is deactivated.
/
Turn the handwheel in a clockwise direction (+ increase pressure) or in an anti-clockwise direction
(- reduce pressure) to set the pressure. The pressure can be set within the range 1.5 - 6 bar, depending
on the inlet pressure.
/
Briefly open an extraction point behind the domestic water station, this relieves the pressure and the
set pressure can be read off.
/
As soon as the required setting range is reached, the pressure reducer handwheel is pushed down-
wards until it clicks. This reactivates the anti-rotation lock.

CHECKING THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER
The backflow preventer can be tested for functionality at the screw in the connecting piece upstream of
the domestic water station:
/
Close the main tap or a shut-off valve upstream of the domestic water station.
/
Screw out the test screw (see fig. 7).
After a few seconds water should no longer flow out of the bored hole!
/
Screw the test screw completely in again.
/
Reopen the main tap or a shut-off valve upstream of the domestic water station.
A defective backflow preventer needs to be replaced!

SERVICING/REPAIR
Failure to observe this can lead to an uncontrolled escape of water and therefore lead to water damage in
the building. Strictly comply with the instructions given in the chapter 6 “INSTALLATION” and chapter 8
Before carrying out any work on the domestic water station, which extends be-
yond pure operational control, the domestic water station must be depressurised!
