Perform the needed service on the humidifier and reset the

This message appears when there is no communication between the controller and the driver board.
Communication cable between the
driver board and the control board is
not connected properly
n
Reconnect the RS485 cable is connected to the RS485 port
on the driver board, and is connected to the SAB on the
control board.
S2 switch on the driver board
incorrectly set
n
Set the S2 switch to "0" on driver board A and "1" on driver
board B. Power cycle the humidifier.
Unexpected driver board fault
n
Contact your Condair representative.

Resetting Fault Status
If the cause of the fault is not resolved, the fault message will return on the Home screen.
Reset a condition in the humidifier with a fault status as follows:
1.
Press the On/Off button at the front of the humidifier to Off and wait for 5 seconds.
2.
Press the On/Off button to On.
