8.3 Maintenance List
Regular maintenance should be performed on the Ultrasonic Humidifier. Refer to Table 13 on the facing page . For
replacement procedures, refer to "Maintenance Procedures" on page 43 .
Following cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Refer to "Cleaning and Disinfecting" on page 38 .
Ensure that the humidifier and its components are shut down. Refer to "Shutting Down the Unit" on page 37 .
Equipment that may be needed for cleaning:

Screwdriver (cleaned and disinfected).
l
Hot water and room-temperature or warm water.
l
Cleaning agent (ex. dish soap).
l
Descaling agent (ex. citric acid: part number
2589797).
Avoid bleach .
l
Disinfecting agent (ex. hydrogen peroxide).
l
Compressed air.
l
Cleaning material (ex. soft bristle brush, cloth).
l
Rubber mallet.
