The diagnostic adapter may not be
securely attached to the server blade.
Tighten the thumbscrews to secure the
diagnostic adapter to the server blade.
Nonvolatile RAM (NVRAM) may be
corrupted.
Clear NVRAM. See Appendix E for the
correct switch setting.

The system ROM and redundant
ROM may be corrupted.
If these steps do not solve the problem,
contact HP or an authorized service
provider for assistance.
