Alphanumeric caller ID
For Intercom subscribers, it is possible to define a so-called “display text EE 811” as alphanumeric
caller ID (at
Subscriber > Naming
).
Indication of “display text EE 811” of an Intercom station
For an outgoing call from the Intercom system, the configured caller ID of the calling station is indicated
on the display of the VoIP phone.

Alphanumeric caller IDs of VoIP phones
Alphanumeric caller IDs of VoIP phones are not indicated on Intercom stations (neither in case of in-
coming calls nor in case of outgoing calls).

ATTENTION: Indication of the display text
The “display text EE 811” will only be indicated in the display of a VoIP phone in case of an outgoing
call from the Intercom system (not in case of a call from the VoIP phone to an Intercom station).
