Event Function
DTMF received
(only SIP)
This event is fulfilled if the selected button in the field DTMF number is
received from a SIP subscriber during a call whose SIP number or URI matches
the entry in the field Phone number . If the field Phone number is empty, a
DTMF after-dial can be performed from any phone during a call.
NOTE : In order to receive DTMF tones, the transmission modes “RFC2833” and
“SIPInfo” are supported.
Digital input triggered
This event is fulfilled if the selected input level in the drop-down list Trigger
On is detected at the selected input in the drop-down list Digital Input .
Value changed in
database
(for connection to third-
party systems)
This event is fulfilled if the DUETTO device receives a HTTPS request that con-
tains the entered freely definable values in the fields
Key in database and
Value in database . Structure of the required incoming HTTPS request:
https://<IP address>:8080/keyvalue/set?key=<myconfigured-
key>&value=<myconfiguredvalue>
The following parameters have to be entered for a SIP subscriber:
<IP address> : IP address of DUETTO.
<myconfiguredkey> : Freely definable key that has to be entered in the field
Key in database .
<myconfiguredvalue> : Freely definable value that has to be entered in the
field Value in database .
Inactivity timeout
expired
This event is fulfilled when the selected timeout in the drop-down list Timeout ,
has been exceeded while no display touch, gesture control or call interaction
occurred on the DUETTO device. The timeout will be reset after the last display
touch, gesture control or call interaction.
Home button clicked
This event is fulfilled when the home button is tapped on the display ( see
page 107 ).
Phone error occurred
This event is fulfilled when an error occurs during an incoming or outgoing call
(e.g. user busy, destination unreachable)
PIN code entered
This event is fulfilled when the configured code in the field below matches with
the PIN code that is entered in the PIN code dialogue on the display of the
DUETTO device. Therefore, the PIN code dialogue must be displayed on the
display of the DUETTO device with the action PIN code dialogue ( see below ).
An example on how to configure a proper PIN code dialogue can be found on
page 158 .
NOTE : The PIN code must consist of numbers (0 – 9). Letters are invalid.
