Insert one CR2 battery into the battery slot, positioning
the positive (+) end of the batteries as shown in the
battery diagram.
Important:
If you're replacing the battery in response
to a low battery alert, wait 10 seconds between
removing the current battery and inserting the new
battery. The alert won’t clear if the battery is replaced
too quickly.
3.
Once the battery is installed, slide the battery cover to
close the device. The LED will light green for two
seconds.
If you’re replacing the battery, confirm that the low
battery alert has resolved and the Sensor appears on
your list of connected devices in your touchscreen or
your Xfinity Home app.

If the LED remains green or blinks 3 times every 5
seconds, that means the device has been
disconnected from the touchscreen. To resolve this
state, contact support at 1-800-xfinity.
