Adjustment brushes base 

 

1.

 

Adjustment the screw, so that the weight of the tank doesn’t rest 
completely on the frame; fix the adjuster nut.  

2.

 

Adjust the lifting tie rods: adjust the fork of the 

vertical tie rod 

so that, with the lift base, it doesn’t interfere with tank. 

 

3.

 

Adjust the fork of the 

horizontal tie rod

 avoiding  that the base 

lifting arms interfere with the frame and that the brush cover 
doesn’t contact the solution tank. Make sure that, without brush, 
the brush plate is almost to touch the floor (0 - 1 mm). 

 

4.

 

Adjustment Point III: Adjustment 

screws M6

,

 

so that the lower 

brush bases touch on the back and it’s higher in front of 2-3 mm. 
Screw that is on support of Point III must come out about 

20 mm.

Fix adjuster nut. 

 

6.

 

Adjustment horizontal inclination: place machine on a levele floor; 
mount brushes and lower base on the floor; loose the 

screw

  on 

the left lifting arm so that the base touches  the floor, support of 
the base will position itself correctly; fix nut and bolt.  

7.

 

This function assure a correct ranging on the floor of the brush 
base for a uniform cleaning on the ……….floor? 

 

8.

 

Check the 

spring of unloading

  of  pressure  screwing  the 

screw 

M6

 on the tie rod making it goes out 2-3 mm., so that pressure of 

the base is 15-16 Kg. 

 

9.

 

Assemble the joint chain of transmission so that a distance of 2 
mm. between two hubs is obtained and tyre toothed star is 
between two hubs, works correctly, avoiding vibration and shift. 

10.

 

Fix dowels and adjuster nuts. 

 

11.

 

Check tension of transmission belt working of screw M8, so that 
the thread goes out from support of about 28-29 mm.
