Changing the lubricating oil
The lubricating oil must be changed every 250 working hours or annually.
To change the oil proceed as described:
- position a recipient under the drain plug (b) so that the oil flows into the
exhausted oil recipient (recipient capacity of at least 2 litres required);
- open the air vent (d);
- loosen the top-up plug (c);
- remove the plug (e), open the tap (b) and drain all the oil;
- close the drain plug (b);
- open the top plug (c);
- fill the oil sump with 2 litres of oil from top oil plug (see “Oil table”);
- close the air vent (d);
- close the oil top plug (c);
- switch on the compressor and run it depressure area for 30 seconds;
- switch off the compressor and remove the plug from the power socket;
- check the oil level (a); if the oil level is not within the allowed limits top up
or drain;
- replace the cap (e).
Changing the lubricating oil filter (only for MARK2 and TROPICAL
PLUS)
Every time the lubricating oil is changed the oil filter must be changed too.
- unscrew the nut (n) and remove the pipe (g);
- remove the fixing screws (h) and the cover (i);
- replace the filter (l) and the l’O-ring (m);
- re-close the plug (i) with the screws (h);
- put the pipe (g) back and tighten the fittings (n).
WARNING: If the red light (f) comes on this means that the oil
level is below the permitted minimum; stop the compressor
immediately and restore the correct oil level.

Renouvellement de l’huile de lubrification
Renouveler l’huile lubrifiante toutes les 250 heures de fonctionnement ou
bien tous les ans.
Pour renouveler l’huile, procéder de la façon suivante:
- placer un bac sous le robinet de vidange (b) pour recueillir l’huile usée
(capacité du bac 2 litres mini);
- ouvrir le bouchon d’évent de l’air (d) ;
- desserrer le bouchon d’appoint (c);
- enlever le bouchon (e), ouvrir le robinet (b) et laisser l’huile s’écouler;
- fermer le bouchon de purge (b);
- retirer le bouchon d’appoint (c);
- verser 2 litres d’huile dans le trou d’appoint pour remplir le carter d’huile
(voir “Tableau de sélection des huiles”);
- fermer le bouchon d’évent de l’air (d) ;
- remettre le bouchon d’appoint (c);
- allumer le compresseur et le laisser tourner à vide 30 secondes;
- éteindre le compresseur et débrancher la fiche de l’alimentation secteur;
- contrôler le niveau d’huile (a); en cas de niveau d’huile hors des limites
admissibles, effectuer l’appoint ou la vidange;
- remettre le bouchon (e).
Remplacement du filtre huile de lubrification (seulement pour MARK2
et TROPICAL PLUS)
À chaque renouvellement d’huile, il est nécessaire de remplacer le filtre à
huile.
- dévissez l’écrou (n) et enlever le tuyau (g);
- retirer les vis de fixation (h) et le couvercle (i);
- remplacer le filtre (l) y la junta tórica (m);
- refermer le bouchon (i) à l’aide des vis (h);
- remettre le tuyau (g) et serrer les raccords (n).
ATTENTION : La lumière rouge (f) s’allume pour indiquer que
le niveau d’huile est inférieur au niveau minimum ; arrêter
immédiatement le compresseur et rétablir le niveau d’huile.
