DANGER: The maximum allowable refill pressure with Nitrox
mixes must be less than 250 bar (3600 PSI).
To use the LP compressor for the production of Nitrox mixes:
- check for correct LP Nitrox compressor-dryer-HP compressor
connections;
- connect the PRO O2 Oxygen analyser (a) to the refill outlet (b) of the HP
compressor;
- switch on the dryer (c) and wait for it to reach working temperature;
check on the display (d);
- switch on the Oxygen analyser (e) of the LP Nitrox compressor by acting
on the key (f) and set the Oxygen percentage up to 20.9 % O2 as shown
on the display (g) by acting on the regulator (h);
- switch on the Oxygen analyser (a) of the HP compressor via the
pushbutton (i) and set the Oxygen percentage up to 20.9 % O2 as shown
on the display (l) by acting on the regulator (m);
- switch on the LP Nitrox compressor via the pushbutton (n) and wait a few
minutes;
- bring the LP compressor to a pressure of 10 bar (145 PSI) by acting on the
% O2 adjuster knob (o): refer to the display (p);
- adjust the heater temperature on the display (q) and wait for it to settle
to 40 °C ±2/3 °C;
- switch on the HP compressor and wait for it to reach a pressure of about
120 bar (1740 PSI) with the bottle refill tap, attached to the hoses, partially
open;
IMPORTANT: These tasks must be carried out by qualified
personnel who have been trained to use the compressor.
During refill the operator must be in the work area.
6.7 USING THE LP NITROX COMPRESSOR
WARNING: During use of the compressor it is compulsory
for anyone not involved in the running of the compressor to
maintain a safety distance of at least 3 metes.

PELIGRO: La presión máxima de recarga con mezclas de
Nitrox debe ser inferior a 250bar (3600PSI).
Para utilizar el compresor LP para la producción de mezclas Nitrox:
- compruebe que las conexiones del compresor LP Nitrox-secador-
compresor HP sean correctas;
- conecte el analizador de Oxígeno PRO O2 (a) a la salida de recarga (b) del
compresor HP;
- encienda el secador (c) y espere a que llegue a la temperatura adecuada
comprobándola en el display (d);
- encienda el analizador de Oxígeno (e) del compresor LP Nitrox mediante
el pulsador (f) y calibre el porcentaje de Oxígeno hasta 20,9 % O2
visualizada en el display (g) actuando sobre el regulador (h);
- encienda el analizador de Oxígeno (a) del compresor HP mediante
el pulsador (i) y calibre el porcentaje de Oxígeno hasta 20,9 % O2
visualizado en el display (l) actuando sobre el regulador (m);
- encienda el compresor LP Nitrox mediante el pulsador (n) y espere
algunos minutos;
- coloque el compresor LP a la presión de 10 bar (145PSI) actuando sobre
el pomo de regulación % O2 (o) que aparece en el display (p);
- compruebe la temperatura del calentador en el display (q) y espere a que
se estabilice a 40°C ±2/3°C;
- encienda el compresor HP y espere hasta que llegue a la presión de
aproximadamente 120 bares (1740PSI) con la llave de recarga de las
botellas conectada a los látigos parcialmente abierta;
AVISO: Estas operaciones deben ser realizadas por personal
competente encargado del funcionamiento del compresor.
Durante esta operación, el operador debe mantenerse en el
área de trabajo.
6.7 USO DEL COMPRESOR LP NITROX
ATENCIÓN: Durante el uso del compresor es obligatorio
que las personas ajenas a los trabajos se mantengan a una
distancia de seguridad superior a 3 metros.
