9. Troubleshooting Guide
Jetting Pump Not Working
Reasons:
1.
Pump power supply not working
2.
Tub sensor position disturbed
3.
Jetting pump air lock /clogged by foreign materials
4.
Pump fuse blown
5.
Pump failure or faulty
Remedial Actions:
Case 1:
Check the voltage (220 VAC) at the connector of the Jetting Pump Power supply cable. If the
Voltage is OK, then check the following:
1.
Pump is jammed. In such case, clean it.
2.
Pump is not working. In such case, replace it.
Case 2:
Check if any of the tub sensor’s light is ON. This means that:
1.
Sensor is not in range with respect to the actuator shaft, correct it
2.
Sensor is faulty, replace it.
Case 3:
Perform the following actions:
1.
Tilt the tub to release the air
2.
Check the water level in the tub and refill it, if required
Case 4:
Check and replace it, if required. The
Pump Fuse
is shown in the image below:
