Connecting the Printer to PC
Note:
Do not disconnect the LAN cable while printing and also make sure that the LAN cable is out of
passage ways.
1.
Connect the LAN cable to the PC, then connect the cable to the port located at the back of the
machine, as shown below:

Open the Printer Manager by clicking on the Printer Manager icon and check the status of the
Printer. The Printer Manager status must show
“
Ready
”
.
Printing Blanket (on Conveyer Belt) Adjustments
Follow the instructions to adjust the belt position:
1.
During printing, belt position has to be monitored time to time. If the belt shifting has crossed
5mm outside the roller, then print has to be stopped immediately and repositioned the belt in
center by loosening the tensioner screws, as shown below:

To control belt shifting, belt tensioner screws should not be disturbed. In such case, the Shifting
Control Slider Block has to be adjusted in the required direction to control belt shifting.
