Manual Meat Mincer

Please read the entire instruction manual before using the product

Safety

Never insert your fingers into the mincer. Always use the food 
pusher to feed food into the mincer.

Operating instructions

Note:

 The cutting plates (10) and the blade (6) are coated with 

a thin layer of vegetable oil when sold; they should therefore 
be washed thoroughly before use.

Making biscuit dough

•  Make sure to fit the blade 

(6) the right way round. 
The flat side should face 
outwards toward 
the cutting plate (10).

•  Make sure that the cutting 

plate (10) locates into 
the notches in the body of the mincer (1) before tightening 
the locking ring (9).

Mincing meat

Care and maintenance

•  Wash and dry all parts of the mincer thoroughly before use.
•  To prevent the cutting plates and blade from rusting during 

storage, they should be washed, dried and then coated 
with a thin layer of vegetable oil.

• 

Note:

 Do not wash any parts of the mincer in 

a dishwashing machine.

Disposal

This product should be disposed of in accordance with local 
regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your 
local council.
