Use a thickness feeler to inspect the
spark plug gap (2). The spark plug
gap should be 0. - 0.8mm (0.02 -
0.03 in.)
Re-install the inspected plug or new
tightening plug with a wrench. If the
plug is a new plug, tighten
approximately 1/2 turn more with
the wrench. If plug is an old plug,
tighten approximately 1/8 turn more
with a wrench.

Dirt can damage the engine if
it enters the spark plug hole.
Make sure the spark plug
hole is covered after remov-
ing plug.

MAINTENANCE
Spark Plug
This Mini Bike comes equipped
with a -E TC spark plug.
To inspect the spark plug, remove
gain access. Remove spark plug
cap (1) then remove the spark plug
from the engine with the spark plug
tool provided.
Inspect the plug for carbon depos-
its and clean if necessary. If plug
shows excessive carbon, replace the
plug.
