General Faul State
Below we will describe the different faults that can occur in the power supply and how it is
characterized.
Equipment with electrical Network powered:
Equipment with batteries and NO electrical Network:
FAULT
LED
DESCRIPTION
Low voltage at
Network supply
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates that the electrical network supply fails with not enough voltage.
This anomaly is detected when the voltage of the control circuit is in the
range of 22~28Vdc.
High voltage at
Network supply
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates that the electrical network supply fails exceeding voltage.
This is detected because voltage of control circuit is over 31 Vdc, and 30
Vdc output is cut.
Low voltage at
Network supply and
batteries
Fixed network
Intermittent battery
(780mHz)
Fixed general fault
It indicates that voltage of control circuit is below 22 Vdc. 30 Vdc Output is
cut.
Fuse 30V
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates that the FUS2 30V of 4 A has been opened. This anomaly is
detected by the lack of output voltage of 30V.
Output 30V
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates that the output voltage of 30V is out of range 20~30,5Vdc.
Battery charger
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates a fault in the battery charger. Disconnecting batteries, the output
voltage of battery is out of range 27~29Vdc.
Batteries fuse
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates that FUS3 BATTERY of 4A has been opened. This anomaly is
detected by the lack of voltage at the output battery.
Low batteries
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates that the battery voltage is below 21Vdc. This anomaly is
detected by checking the voltage of the batteries when disconnected from
the control panel.
No batteries
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates that the batteries are not connects or connected incorrectly.
Internal resistance
battery
Fixed network
Battery off
Fixed general fault
It indicates that the internal resistance of the battery exceeds 0,47
Ω
.
FAULT
LED
DESCRIPTION
Without Network supply
and low batteries
Network off
Fixed battery
Fixed general fault
It indicates that there is not electrical network supply, and batteries are
working with low voltage.
Control circuit is fed under 22 Vdc with only low battery voltage.
Fuse 30V
Network off
Intermittent battery
(12Hz)
Fixed general fault
It indicates that FUS2 30V output of 4A is open. This anomaly is detected
because the lack of voltage in the 30 Vdc output.
Output 30V
Network off
Intermittent battery
(12Hz)
Fixed general fault
It indicates that 30V output is out of the voltage range 20 ~ 30,5V.
Low batteries
Network off
Intermittent battery
(780mHz)
Fixed general fault
It indicates that battery voltage is under 21 V, and 30 V output is cut. This
fault is detected by measuring batteries voltage disconnected of the
equipment.
