• To maximize motor cooling: Hold the mixer paddle so that the head is inside
the mixing container but not in the mixture itself. Run the mixer at low speed before
lowering it into the mixture. Increase the speed of rotation only once the head
is down inside the mixture. Run the mixer at low speed again when removing
the paddle from the mixture and do not switch the motor off until the paddle is
completely out of the mixture.
• For best results: Move the mixer paddle around in the mixture so that it is not in
the same place all the time.
Care and maintenance
• Always unplug the mains lead before changing the mixer paddle or servicing
the mixer.
• The mixer does not require lubrication.
• Store the mixer in a dry place.
• Clean the mixer by wiping it with a clean cloth or blowing it compressed air.
Never use solvents or corrosive cleaning agents. Make sure that the ventilation
openings are not clogged.
• Thoroughly clean the head and shaft of the mixing paddle immediately after use.
