After use please
switch off
the
radios and place back into the
charging bases.
Although these radios are waterproof and
float, you should still treat them with care.
Always wear the lanyard around your person
and preferabl
y
clip the radio to your buoyancy
aid as well.
Note that if a radio gets wet there is a 'BURP'
feature to remove water from the loudspeaker.
Please report any radio problems to the the
OOD or a committee member.
