Typography
In this manual, typography is used as indicated below:
Bold
is used for the following purposes:
• To emphasize words.
Example: “Do
not
touch the terminal during transmission”.
• To indicate what the user should select in the user interface.
Example: “Select
Terminal settings
”.
Italic
is used to emphasize the paragraph title in cross-references.
Example: “For further information, see
Connecting Cables
on page...”.
COURIER
is used for the following purposes:
• To indicate text appearing in the display.
Example: “the Main screen shows
READY
”.
• To indicate low level commands such as AT commands.
Example: “In your terminal program, type
ATD
”.
