Refer to the SwiftBroadband unit’s user manual for further details on critical
alarms and how to solve them.
To display active alarms from the SwiftBroadband unit
Besides the alarm alert you can display a list over active alarms and click for
details for each active alarm.
To read SwiftBroadband unit alarms, do as
follows:
1. From the main menu, select
BGAN
.
2. If there are active alarms in the
SwiftBroadband unit, you can select
Active alarms
.
3. Press
Select
to access the list of active
alarms.
4. Scroll to an alarm and press
Select
to
display details about this particular
alarm.
5. Press
Ok
or
Back
to return to normal phone operation.
To view the event log
The event log shows events that have occurred in the SBB system. To see
the event log, do as follows:
1. From the main menu, select
BGAN
.
2. Select
Event log
.
3. Scroll to an event and press
Select
to see details for the event.
4. Press
Ok
or
Back
to return to normal phone operation.
