Microwave radiation hazards
During transmission the antenna radiates Microwave Power. This radiation may be hazardous to
humans close to the antenna. During transmission, make sure that nobody gets closer than the
recommended minimum safety distance.
The minimum safety distance in front of the antenna reflector is
32 m
when in the focal line (a
straight line between the feed horn and satellite) based on a radiation level of 10 W/m
2
. No
hazard exists at the back of the reflector
Failure to comply with the rules above will void the warranty and may compromise
safety!
WARNING!
This device emits radio frequency energy.
Do not place your
head or other body parts
in front of the feed horn and reflector when the
system is operational.
