3. Attach the Right Mounting Bracket to the side of the IB
switch using the four 4-40 x

in Phillips Flat Head screws.
4. Repeat step 3 on the other side of the IB switch.
1. Open the box and set the rack mount kit aside.
2. Carefully lift the chassis out of the box and place it on a flat
clean surface. Reserve the shipping carton and packaging
materials for future use.

A.Left/Right Mounting Bracket.
B.bag of fasteners.
5. From the
REAR
of the rack, place the IB switch at the desired
height and attach to the
REAR
rack mounting rails. The IB switch
ports should face the rear of the CLX database appliance.
6. Connect the IB Switch PSU to power via supplied AC Power cord.
7. Connect the QDR IB port 1 from each CLX Database Appliance to IB
Switch via the supplied QDR IB cable, before powering up the
appliance. Once connected, power on the appliance and follow the
appliance quick start guide to form a cluster.
8. Repeat for Second IB Switch for a HA deployment.
