PERIODIC SERVICE SCHEDULE – INTELLITACH
WARNING
• Service, repairs, and adjustments must be made per instructions in the appropriate maintenance
and service manual.
NOTE:
If the vehicle is constantly subjected to heavy use or severe operating conditions, these preventive
maintenance procedures should be performed more often than recommended in the Periodic Service and
Lubrication Schedules.
Both the Periodic Service Schedule and the Periodic Lubrication Schedule must be followed to keep vehicle in
optimum operating condition.

Pre-Operation and Daily Safety Checklist
Daily service by owner
Performance Inspection
Check engine oil level; add if necessary.
Diesel vehicles:
Check engine coolant; add
if necessary.
Engine
Clean debris from radiator.
Fuel filters
Diesel vehicles:
Drain water from fuel filter.
Brakes
Check brake fluid; add if necessary. Check
brake pedal for proper operation.
Daily service by owner or trained technician
Hydraulic System
Check hydraulic fluid; add if necessary.
Engine
Check engine circulating air passage; visually
inspect unshrouded area around engine
exhaust for grass and debris and clean if
necessary.
Diesel vehicles:
Check for grass
and debris around the radiator.
Tires
Check air pressure and adjust if necessary.
Transmission and differentials
Check lubricant levels. Add if necessary.
Monthly service by owner or trained
technician
General vehicle
Wash engine compartment and underside of
vehicle. Do not wash engine when hot.
