Fault History
This menu displays any faults that have been detected within the handset itself.
Clear Fault History
The
clear fault history
function will erase the history of handset faults that are stored in the handset.
INFORMATION
This menu selection displays information pertaining to the handset. The information provided in this menu selection
includes model number, serial number, the date the handset was manufactured, the handset software version, etc.

In the event that the handset does not function as described in this manual, the following troubleshooting guide
should be studied and the referenced test procedures should be performed to troubleshoot the IQDM and IQDM-P
Series 2 handsets.
