2. Connect the rotary axis attachment via the control cable with the 4-Pin plug connector of
the motion system.
3. Before you mount the object into the rotary axis attachment, measure the diameter of the
object at the position to be engraved with a sliding caliper or a similar tool. Record the value
(e.g., 50mm).
4. Fix the slider to make the work piece fitting into the rotary axis attachment.
5. Position the galvo head over the workpiece at the position where you want to mark.
6. Use the manual Z-Axis handle to move the head in the correct position (upper surface at
focal length position).
6.5.2. Text rotate marking

Create a new text, click the “Draw Test” button on the drawing tools bar.
a) Enter the text in the Test box.
b) Modify the text size and font.
c) Press the apply button for the changes to take effect. (Set the text according to the
marking requirements)
