Cleaning the UV-C lamp
Note: The UV-C lamp becomes hot during operation. Let the UV-C lamp cool down sufficiently after use.
1. To remove the cover, loosen both screws.
2. Carefully remove the cover from the housing.
3. Clean the UV-C lamp with a dry cloth. Make sure that you do not touch the UV-C lamp with your
fingers.
4. Then carefully place the cover back onto the housing and fix it again with the two screws.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible cause and solution
Device does not
suck
• Check that the mains plug is correctly inserted into the socket.
• Try a different power outlet. The socket may be broken.
• Check the fuse of the mains connection.
• Has the device been switched on? Press the on/off switch.
Low suction power
• Check the dust container and the filters and clean them if they are too
dirty.
• Possibly the suction opening is blocked. Switch on the unit, pull the
mains plug and remove the blockage from the suction opening.
Unpleasant odors
during vacuuming
• When you use the device for the first time, an odor may develop.
This disappears after some time.
• If you have used the device more than once, there seems to be
a defect. Switch off the device, disconnect it from the mains and
contact the customer service.
UV-C lamp without
function
• The UV-C lamp has switched off automatically. Check the safety
contacts.
• If the automatic switch-off function has not been activated, there
appears to be a defect. Contact the customer service.
Vibration head
without function
• Would the vibration function be switched on?
Press the vibration button.
