VIEWING CALL STATUS
During a videoconference call, you can view and check the technical details of the call.
To view the call status details:
During the videoconference call, click the
Info
link in the Call View box (see Call View
box).
The following information is displayed in the Call Status box for both
incoming
and
outgoing
communication:
Video Codec
– Video codec used to display video in this call
Video Resolution
– Video resolution used in this call
Video Bandwidth
– Bandwidth used by the video in this call
Video Frame Rate
– Video frame rate used in this call
Audio Codec
– Audio codec used to sound audio in this call
Audio Bandwidth
– Bandwidth used by the audio in this call
Encryption Mode
– Type of encryption used in this call (if encryption is used).
NOTE: To return to the Call View box, click Back.
PERFORMING SYSTEM UPGRADE
You can upgrade the Collaborate Room software to a newer version when such becomes
available.
To upgrade the Collaborate Room software:

System>System Upgrade
