FCC Compliance Statement

 

Note:  This equipment has been tested and found to comply within the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules.  
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations.  This equipment generates, uses 
and can radiate radio frequency energy, and if not installed and used in accordance with these instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio 
communications.  However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

 

If this equipment does cause interference to radio or television equipment reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, 
the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

 

          

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna

          

Increase the separation between equipment and receiver

          

Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected

          

Consult the dealer or an experienced radio or television technician for help.

 

CAUTION:  Any changes or modifications to the equipment by the user not expressly approved by the grantee or manufacturer could void the 
user’s authority to operate such equipment.

 

The device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules.  Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

          

This device may not cause harmful interference.

          

This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operations.

 

The FCC requires the user to be notified that any changes or modifications made to this device that are not expressly approved by CST, Inc. may 
void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

 

 
 

Limited Warranty

 
CST, warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from receipt by the user. During the warranty period, CST will 
either, at its option, repair or replace products that prove to be defective.  Should CST be unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable period of time, 
the customer’s alternative exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the purchase prices upon return of the product.
 

Customer Responsibilities:

 These warranties shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance by customer, customer supplied 

interfacing, unauthorized modification, misuse or improper installation.

 
Limitation of Warranty:

  CST makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied, with respect to this product. CST specifically disclaims any implied 

warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary 
from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
 

Exclusive Remedy:

 The remedies provided herein are the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.  In no event shall CST be liable for any direct, indirect, special, 

incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory.

 
Obtaining Service:

  To obtain warranty service, the customer must first obtain a

uthorization (RMA) from CST, prior to shipment of the 

product.  Customer will prepay all charges for shipping product to CST for warranty service and CST shall pay for return of product  to the customer (for product 
still under warranty).  Please contact our Technical Support personnel at 619-562-2223  for an RMA number.

This is the complete and exclusive statement of the terms and conditions of the Agreement between us and supersedes any prior proposal or statement, whether 
oral or written.  In the event of any disputes regarding the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you agree that the laws of the State of California will govern the
