Troubleshooting
If the device stops working properly,

rst check whether you are able to correct the prob-
lem yourself. Otherwise you should contact the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!

work.
• Is the mains plug correctly inserted in the plug socket?
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse of your mains connection.
A stain is not removed.
• The stain is too stubborn or too old. Treat it speci

with a carpet cleaning product.
Dust escapes from the
motor

lter.
• Is the dust bag inserted? Never use the device as a dry
vacuum cleaner without a dust bag!
The spray function
does not work.
• Is the fresh water reservoir empty (min.

ll level: 1 litre)?
Top up the water.
• Is the hose not plugged far enough into the fresh water
reservoir? Correct the

t.
