2. Use and limitations on use
• Use
The CF02 full-face mask protects face and respiratory tract. Depending on the filter used it
protects the user in an environment contaminated with solid and liquid aerosols, gases, vapours and
combinations of these dangerous substances.
It can also be used in combination with CleanAIR
®
Powered Air Purifying Respirator units. Keep the
manual for future reference.
• Limitations on use
Carefully observe the following instructions.
DANGER
1. Never use the mask in the following environments and under the following conditions:
• If oxygen concentration in the environment is lower than 17 %.
• In oxygen ambiances and oxygen-enriched environments.
• In explosive ambiences.
• In environments where the user lacks knowledge about the kind of dangerous substance and its
concentration.
• In environments that represent an immediate threat to the life and health.
• Unknown type and concentration of the gases or vapours in the environment.
• In environments with various mixes of gases and vapours.
