•  The siren is very loud and could cause permanent hearing

damage at close range.

•  Make sure that no children or pets are exposed to the siren.
•  Do not mix new and old batteries or different types of batteries.
•  The batteries should be removed if the alarm is not to be

used for an extended period, otherwise the batteries might
leak and damage the alarm.

Product description

•  Compact, battery-operated alarm which can be used

as an entry chime (ding-dong) or a high-decibel break-in
alarm (approx 120 dB) for doors, windows, or cupboards.
The alarm is triggered whenever any of these are opened.
The chime/off/alarm switch is located in the battery
compartment for easy adjustment.

•  Breaking the magnetic contacts triggers the alarm.

Installation

The magnetic contact and the alarm unit have an adhesive tape
backing (with release liner paper) for quick and easy installation.
The alarm is triggered when the distance between the magnetic
contact and the alarm unit exceeds 15–20 mm. The alarm unit
and the magnetic contact both have alignment dots (8), which
should be aligned against each other during installation.
1.  First select a suitable place on the door or window on which

to install them. Make sure that the mounting surface is
clean, dry and free from oil or grease.

2.  Fasten the alarm unit to the door/window frame and use

the alignment dots to align the magnetic contact against
the alarm unit on the door/window.

3.  Remove the liner papers from the adhesive tape fasteners

on the alarm unit and magnetic contact, align both unit’s
alignment dots next to each other with no more than
12 mm distance apart.

4.  Remove the plastic strip by pulling out from the battery

compartment. This strip is only meant for protecting the batteries
from discharging during transport and must be removed.

The alarm is intended for indoor use only.
