Safety
Warning:
Using this product can lead to unexpected falls and serious
injuries as a consequence. It is easy to come into dangerous
situations whether riding in traffic or not. This product should be
used with caution and you should practice in order to gradually
improve your ability to handle the product so that you can avoid
injuring yourself or others.
• Always wear a helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and gloves.
Wear a long-sleeved shirt/jumper and trousers.
• Wear robust footwear that will stay securely on your feet.
Never use the product while barefoot or wearing sandals.
• The product must only be used as described in this
instruction manual.
• The product must not be changed or modified in any way.
• The product is designed for use on flat, smooth and dry
surfaces. Do not use this product in the rain or snow as
visibility in these conditions is compromised. Wet surfaces
decrease traction. Do not use this product on wet surfaces
or on surfaces that contain rocks, gravel, leaves, oil, etc.
Do not use the product in freezing weather or darkness.
• Always hold the handlebars with both hands.
• Be careful of sharp curves and do not to take curves
too fast. Never place all your weight on the handlebars as
they can swing unexpectedly and cause you to lose control.
• Do not use product on steep hills. Doing so could result in
serious personal injury and also destroy the product.
• Avoid road bumps and potholes. Be very careful when
the road surface suddenly changes.
• If children are to use the product, they must first be instructed
in the proper use of the product and then be kept under
continuous adult supervision. An adult should also be
responsible for inspecting the product before use and ensure
that the product is completely intact and correctly assembled.
• Make sure that the user has adult supervision and has practised
enough to have the proper skill set to handle the product.
• This product is not intended for use on public roadways.
Follow all traffic rules and local road regulations. Never use
the product on surfaces trafficked by motorised vehicles
and pedestrians. Only use the product in areas where it
does not pose a safety risk.
• Never use any accessories other than those provided with
the product.
• All assembly and adjustments should be carried out by
a responsible adult. The product has parts which pose
a risk of trapping or crushing fingers. Make sure that all
screws and nuts are securely tightened before use.
• Replace any damaged or worn parts before use.
• The changing of the wheel bearings should only be carried
out by qualified service technicians.
Assembly
3. Tighten all three Allen
screws properly, but do not
overtighten them.
1. Slide the handlebar stem
into the fork assembly.
Loosen the three Allen
screws if the handlebar
stem is difficult to insert.
Use the included Allen
key to carry out this
procedure. Make sure
that the handlebar stem
is inserted all the way into
the fork assembly.
2. Check the angle between
the handlebars and
the deck.
Care and maintenance
Clean the product using a lightly moistened cloth. Use only mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
Responsible disposal
The product should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your
local council.
