muscle strength, volume and endurance.
• TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation): Electro therapy with
low-intensity and short impulses to e.g. relieve pain.
• EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation): Electrical muscle stimulation which
increases blood circulation.
• MASSAGE Electrical stimulation that stimulates muscles in the treatment
area to mild activity which in turn results in an improved sense of well-being.
5.2 Treatment areas
Shoulder, neck, back, elbow, hip, ankle, foot, wrist and knee.
5.3 Treatment programmes
• TENS has 3 programmes: P1, P2 and U1 for each treatment area.
• EMS has 3 programmes: P1, P2 and U1 for each treatment area.
• MASSAGE has 4 programmes: P1, P2, P3 and P4 for each treatment area.
