Safety
The tool can become a fire risk if used improperly.
Please take the following into consideration:
• Place the glue gun in a standing position after use and let it
cool sufficiently before putting it away for storage.
• Never leave the glue gun unattended when in operation.
• Never expose the glue gun to rain or moisture.
• The power lead should be checked regularly. Never use
the device if the power lead or plug is damaged.
• If the power lead is damaged it may only be changed by
the manufacturer or their service facility.
• This product must not be used by anyone (including
children) suffering from physical or mental impairment.
This product should not be used by anyone that has
not read the instruction manual unless they have been
instructed in its use by someone who will take responsibility
for their safety.
• Never let children play with the product.
• Both the glue and glue gun become hot during use.
This can cause burn injuries. If this happens, rinse the burn
with cold water and let it run over the burn for some time.
• Make sure that power from the wall socket corresponds to
the glue gun’s specified voltage.
• Only use glue sticks compatible with the glue gun.
• Always place the glue gun on its stand when it is not in use.
• Connect the tool to the mains via a residual current device
(RCD). An RCD will significantly reduce the chances of you
receiving an electric shock.

Areas of use
This glue gun can be used for gluing wood, paper, cardboard
and certain plastic materials.
Preparations
Glue gun
1. Insert a glue stick into the insert hole as shown. Push it in as
far as it will go.

2. Connect the plug to a wall socket.
Cleaning surfaces
Clean the surfaces to be glued before starting. The surfaces
should be dry and free of dust and grease. Smooth surfaces
should be roughed before gluing.
Gluing
1. Let the glue gun warm up for about 4 min.
2. Press the trigger to feed the glue as the glue stick
begins to melt.
3. Apply the glue to those surfaces you wish to adhere.
4. Immediately press the surfaces together and hold them
in position for 15 seconds.
5. Unplug the glue gun from the wall socket.
6. Let any excess glue cool and remove it with a sharp knife.
Care and maintenance
Always unplug the device from the wall socket before cleaning.
Wipe the glue gun clean with a damp cloth when needed.
Never use abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.

Follow local ordinances when disposing of this product. If you are
unsure of how to dispose of this product, please contact your
municipality.
