Instructions for use
Check the polarity markings on the device you wish
to connect and orientate the DC connector as shown
in the picture. Voltage with the incorrect polarity
might damage the device.

Safety
• Only use the product as instructed in this manual.
• Never use the product if it, the mains lead or plug is damaged
or malfunctioning. If the mains lead is damaged it must be
replaced by cable with identical specifications as the original.
• Do not try to open the housing.
• To prevent the risk of electric shock, the product must only
be repaired by the manufacturer, a qualified service facility
or a qualified technician.
• Never expose the product to impacts, shocks,
liquids or moisture.
• Always unplug the product from the power socket when it
is not in use.
• Do not pull on the mains lead. Grip the plug and pull it out
of the socket when disconnecting the product from
the mains.
• Always keep the product close to the connected device
and accessible so that it can easily be disconnected if
something unexpected should happen.
• Make sure that the connected load device does not
exceed the maximum output power rating of the product.
• Make sure that the output voltage and power ratings of
the product are compatible with the device which is to be
connected. The connected device could be damaged if it is
subjected to excessive current or voltage.

be disposed of with general household waste.

prevent any harm to the environment or health
hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal, the
product must be handed in for recycling so that
the material can be disposed of in a responsible

1. Find out which of the DC connectors fits your device
(try the connectors for size while they are still loose).
2. There are two polarities for DC voltage, positive and
negative. The AC/DC adapter is made for devices with a
positive (+) or negative (−) central conductor. The polarity of
the interchangeable DC connectors can be reversed to the
correct polarity.
3. Check the polarity markings on the device you wish to
connect and orientate the DC connector as shown in
the picture.
4. Make sure that the DC connector is securely connected to
the end of the cable.
5. Plug the connector into the device.
6. Set the desired voltage.
Make sure that the power consumption of the connected
device does not exceed the maximum output power
of the AC/DC adapter.
7. Plug the AC/DC adapter into a power socket. The power
indicator LED will illuminate.
