TROUBLESHOOTING 

1.

 

Confirm the deployment site has strong WiFi coverage and Internet access. 

2.

 

Confirm the device  is correctly configured.  This can be checked by logging into 

https://deploy.clarity.io

: 

a.

 

Tap the hamburger menu     on the top left, then 
click “Configured.”  

b.

 

 Find the Node ID of the device being deployed. If 
it is not listed, tap on the blue circular add button

       

on the bottom right of the page to reconfigure 
the device (Section 3). 

c.

 

Return to Section 5 to redeploy the device.
