User Guidelines
This command becomes effective after reboot of the device.
Example
The following example defines the default VLAN as 2.
Console(config)#
vlan database
Console(config-vlan)#
default-vlan vlan

New Default VLAN ID will be active after save configuration and reboot device.

show default-vlan-membership
Use the show default-vlan-membership privileged EXEC command to view the
default VLAN membership.
Syntax
show default-vlan-membership [
interface-id
]
Parameters
interface-id—Specify an interface ID. The interface ID can be one of the following
types: Ethernet port or Port-channel
Default Configuration
Membership in the default VLAN is displayed for all interfaces.
